Thank you for choosing Beauty Me Med Spa, LLC. 

A 30% deposit is required to confirm any and all appointments. Deposits are to reserve your selected service and are to be considered non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you decide to cancel your service Beauty Me Med-Spa, LLC has the right to withhold your deposit under these terms and conditions. 

All information provided will remain confidential and will only be shared as it relates to the treatment plan or under your authorized consent. 

We recognize and value your time. Your appointment is very important to us at Beauty Me Med-Spa, LLC. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, all appointments that need to be canceled or rescheduled will require a 48-hour notice.  A three-hour window is allotted to notify us if you anticipate being late for scheduled service. However that time may be deducted from treatment time. These margins are in place to protect your time and mine. Failure of any notification will result in forfeiture of service to be rendered and full payment for allotted treatment time. 

Cancellation less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for all appointments. All no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% and will be not be able to book again until last cancellation fee has been satisfied and new appointment is paid in full at booking. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
